Vrabel: Henry still ‘huge part’ despite lighter load

The Titans have traditionally used running back Derrick Henry as a hammer to wear down defenses and then gone for the knockout blow in the fourth quarter, but they deviated from that formula in Sunday’s loss to the Saints.
