Ex-P Serafini arrested in connection with ’21 killing

Danny Serafini, a first-round draft pick in 1992 who went on to pitch for six teams in the major leagues, was one of two people arrested in Nevada in connection to a Lake Tahoe-area attack that left a man dead and his wife in critical condition.
