Babcock resigns as Columbus coach amid inquiry

As the NHLPA investigates whether he violated his players’ privacy when he asked to see photos on their cellphones, Mike Babcock resigned as Columbus Blue Jackets coach Sunday, saying, “It’s in the best interest of the organization.”
