Yankees hold Rizzo (neck) out of lineup in Seattle

Anthony Rizzo, the veteran first baseman hurt in the sixth inning Sunday while making a catch at first base against the San Diego Padres, was held out of the New York Yankees’ lineup with a neck issue Monday for a series opener vs. the Seattle Mariners.
